According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, upon the nomination of the general manager of the company and the qualification review of the nomination committee of the Fourth Board of directors, the meeting agreed to appoint Mr. Peng Bo as the chief financial officer of the company, with a term of office from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the date of expiration of the term of office of the Fourth Board of directors. Mr. Peng Bo, member of the Communist Party of China, was born in 1981, master of engineering, senior engineer.
In July 2001, he graduated from Hefei University of technology with a bachelor’s degree in automation. He graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a master’s degree in power electronics in July 2008.
