Special description of the company’s external guarantee
As an independent director of Sansure Biotech Inc(688289) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), we carefully checked the external guarantee of the company in 2021 and made the following special instructions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the guidelines for the supervision of listed companies No. 8 – regulatory requirements for capital exchanges and external guarantees of listed companies issued by the CSRC:
1. During the reporting period, the company had no external guarantee in any form. As of December 31, 2021, the cumulative and current external guarantee amount of the company was zero.
2. During the reporting period, the company strictly followed the relevant regulations, and there was no violation of the guarantee, and there was no damage to the interests of the company and all shareholders, especially the minority shareholders.
