As an independent director of Sansure Biotech Inc(688289) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the rules for independent directors of listed companies and the Listing Rules of shares on the science and Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange, I reviewed the proposal of Sansure Biotech Inc(688289) on renewing the appointment of the audit institution in 2022 considered at the third meeting of the first board of directors in 2022 on April 18, 2022, and now give the following approval opinions in advance:
Zhongshen Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has relevant business qualification. In the process of providing audit services for the company, it worked diligently, independently, objectively and impartially, followed the independent audit standards for Chinese certified public accountants, completed the company’s audit work on schedule and fulfilled the responsibilities and obligations stipulated by both parties. In order to maintain the continuity of the company’s audit work, after reviewing the professional competence, investor protection ability, integrity and independence of China audit Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership), we agree to appoint China audit Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the company’s audit institution in 2022, and agree to submit the proposal to the third meeting of the first board of directors in 2022 on April 18, 2022 for deliberation.
