As of the end of the reporting period, the company’s external guarantee balance was 3.213 billion yuan (the total guarantee amount was 3.491 billion yuan), accounting for 83.67% of the company’s latest audited net assets. The above guarantees are the company’s guarantees to subsidiaries. Our independent opinions are as follows:
In 2021, the company strictly implemented the relevant laws and regulations, the articles of association and other provisions on external guarantee, and the company has fulfilled the corresponding quick strategy approval procedures and information disclosure obligations for the above guarantee matters. As of December 31, 2021, in addition to the above-mentioned external guarantees, the company and its holding subsidiaries have no other external guarantees, no guarantees for the company’s controlling shareholders, actual controllers and their related parties, and no damage to the interests of the company and all shareholders.
