1、 Prior approval opinions on the company’s holding subsidiary’s use of some construction facilities under construction and related party transactions of related parties
After review, we believe that Guangzhou Tianzhong, the holding subsidiary of the company, uses some breeding plants, production facilities and related accessories under construction by Guangzhou Jinnong modern to develop pig breeding business, which is a decision made according to the actual needs and business development planning of the company, accumulates experience for the company to explore a more efficient new model of building breeding, and is conducive to improving the competitiveness of the company, In line with the company’s long-term development strategy, the pricing basis is reasonable, and there is no damage to the interests of the company’s shareholders, especially the minority shareholders.
