According to the requirements of the securities law and the measures for the administration of acquisition, after the completion of this transaction, ENN technology directly holds 248257839 shares of the listed company, and the change proportion reaches more than 5% of the total shares issued by the listed company, so it shall fulfill the obligation of information disclosure.
