Market review this week
This week (4.10-4.16), the smart car index fell 7.39%, higher than CSI 300 (- 0.99%) and Kechuang 50 (- 5.25%). Among individual stocks, Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co.Ltd(601799) , Jiangsu Changshu Automotive Trim Group Co.Ltd(603035) and Ikd Co.Ltd(600933) led the gains, rising 7.7%, 5.4% and 2.9% respectively this week.

Investment and financing process: 1) Dongfeng PSA finance, an automobile sales and automobile financial service platform, was acquired by Dongfeng Group; 2) Jiangsu Feng new energy power, the R & D, production and sales company of new energy logistics vehicles and lithium battery power system (pack), has obtained strategic investment; 3) Pukema, an auto parts manufacturer, was acquired by Shanghai Carthane Co.Ltd(603037) M & A; 4) Intelligent car washing Siasun Robot&Automation Co.Ltd(300024) R & D business yikm has obtained a strategic investment of US $100 million; 5) Keppel logistics, a Singapore logistics service provider, was acquired by Geodis; 6) Gefco, a French automobile logistics service provider, was acquired by CMA CGM group; 7) Fiveai, an unmanned software manufacturer, was acquired by Bosch group; 8) Luup, a Japanese electric scooter and electric bicycle sharing service provider, received a strategic investment of US $8 million.
News: 1) Weilai automobile has suspended the whole vehicle production; 2) Brand cooperation between Jihu automobile and Beijing Guoan; 3) Musk said Tesla may independently mine and refine lithium; 4) Mercedes Benz said it would halve carbon emissions from passenger cars by 2030; 5) The first automatic driving heavy truck test license was issued in China.
Policy: 1) the five departments jointly issued the implementation opinions on accelerating the high-quality development of cold chain logistics and transportation; 2) The office of Hefei Municipal People’s government issued the relief policy for the logistics and transportation industry during the epidemic prevention and control period in Hefei; 3) Xi’an Public Security Bureau issued the notice on the morning and evening peak traffic restriction measures for high-speed trucks around the city.
