Announcement on the resignation of the vice chairman of the company from the post of part-time General Manager

Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.Ltd(000825) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors received the written resignation report submitted by Mr. Li Hua, vice chairman and general manager of the company today. Due to job adjustment and change, Mr. Li Hua proposed to resign from the post of general manager of the company to the board of directors. After resigning as the general manager of the company, Mr. Li Hua continued to serve as vice chairman, member of the strategy committee and Nomination Committee of the board of directors.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the resignation report of Mr. Li Hua’s resignation as the general manager of the company shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. Mr. Li Hua’s resignation will not affect the normal production and operation of the company.
As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Li Hua did not hold shares of the company.
