1、 Audit and supervision
In 2021, the committee conducted performance appraisal and supervision on the directors and senior managers of the company. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the company’s detailed rules for the work of the remuneration and appraisal committee, the remuneration and appraisal committee reviewed and supervised the implementation of the remuneration and performance appraisal of the company’s directors and senior managers, and believed that under the correct leadership of the board of directors, the company’s leading group had made due contributions and made good achievements in the standardized governance and business development of the company, and all directors and senior managers were diligent and responsible, Performed their respective functions well; The remuneration and performance appraisal decision-making procedures, remuneration payment procedures and payment standards of the company’s directors and senior managers are in line with the relevant provisions of the company.

Continue to strengthen the supervision and review of the remuneration and assessment of the company’s directors and senior managers in 2022 to ensure that the remuneration decision-making procedures and payment standards of the company’s directors and senior managers comply with relevant regulations.
3. Interview the directors, supervisors and senior managers in due time, collect the opinions of various personnel on the existing salary and assessment, and put forward reasonable improvement suggestions to the board of directors on the salary and performance assessment system.
4. Coordinate with the other three special committees under the board of directors, and continuously improve the scientific establishment of talent selection, competition, incentive system and salary and performance appraisal standards for senior management positions on the basis of the existing salary and performance appraisal standards.
