The company’s operating performance in 2021 decreased significantly compared with the same period last year, mainly due to the sharp rise in the prices of nylon, glass fiber and auxiliary materials driven by the rise in the prices of bulk raw materials, which led to the increase in the average unit cost of modified composite materials for the company’s main products and the decrease in gross profit margin; In addition, with the effective control of the epidemic situation in China, the price of protective articles such as modified polypropylene composites melt blown materials decreased in 2021, and the sales volume decreased significantly compared with the same period last year, resulting in a significant decrease in the overall revenue of protective articles compared with the previous year, and the contribution of melt blown materials business to the company’s sales revenue and profit decreased significantly. With the rebound of oil prices at the bottom in 2021 and the export exceeding expectations, the prices of PA and PP rose sharply, which significantly dragged down the performance of modified plastics enterprises. Most listed companies in the same industry were affected by this, and their performance declined greatly.
In 2021, the company’s operating revenue excluding protective equipment increased by 29.24% compared with the same period in 2020, including office furniture, electronic and electromechanical products, auto parts and household appliances, which increased by 133.50%, 131.53%, 18.26% and 17.97% respectively year-on-year, and the business continued to develop healthily. At the same time, the asset liability structure of the company is relatively reasonable. At present, the asset liability ratio is at a low level in the industry and the cash reserve is abundant. In addition, the company continues to optimize the product structure, increase R & D investment, constantly enrich the product system, accelerate the construction progress of projects invested by raised funds, and lay a solid foundation for the realization of future strategic objectives. There is no major risk in the company’s sustainable operation ability.
