There are 3 supervisors who should participate in the voting and 3 supervisors who actually participate in the voting. According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, the meeting is legal and valid.
After careful discussion and voting by the attending supervisors, the following resolutions were considered and adopted:
