To solve this problem, the company developed and summarized the application technology of in-situ recycled asphalt cement stabilized layer. This technology establishes the structure and material control index system of recycled asphalt cement stabilized layer, develops new materials of recycled asphalt cement stabilized layer, and realizes the recycling of high content of road waste and low content input of asphalt and cement. At the same time, through the investigation of the existing old pavement, the technology determines the crushing process of the old asphalt surface course and base course materials. On this basis, the mix proportion design and road performance research of the asphalt cement stabilized recycled layer materials are carried out, supplemented by finite element calculation, so as to provide feasible schemes for customers to select pavement repair and provide data support for the structure and material design of asphalt cold recycled pavement, Based on the construction of the physical project and the analysis of economic and environmental protection benefits, help the project achieve the maximum economic benefits.
