Elite Color Environmental Resources Science&Technology Co.Ltd(002998) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), the second meeting of the third board of directors and the second meeting of the third board of supervisors deliberated and adopted the proposal on the remuneration of directors and supervisors of the company in 2022, and the specific situation is hereby announced as follows:

3、 Compensation scheme
(I) remuneration of non independent directors
Dai Zexin, chairman of the board of directors, does not receive remuneration from the company.
Tan Wen, Dai Mengqian and Zou Yueqing, non independent directors, do not receive directors’ remuneration in the company. (II) remuneration of independent directors
Independent Directors receive an independent director allowance of 70000 yuan / year (before tax) in the company.
(III) remuneration of supervisors
For specific positions in the company, they will receive corresponding remuneration according to their specific positions in the company, and will no longer receive supervisor allowance.
The above remuneration does not include employee welfare, various insurance premiums, housing accumulation fund, performance bonus and other remuneration. The above annual salary can be adjusted appropriately according to the industry situation and the actual production and operation situation of the company.
