According to the basic norms of enterprise internal control, supporting guidelines for enterprise internal control and guidelines for standardized operation of companies listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange jointly issued by the Ministry of finance, China Securities Regulatory Commission and other five ministries and commissions, after careful consideration of the company’s 2021 internal control evaluation report and in combination with the actual situation of the company, the board of supervisors issued the following opinions:
The company can actively improve the corporate governance structure in accordance with the relevant provisions of China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange and in combination with the actual situation of the company. The company’s current internal control system and internal control system meet the requirements of laws and regulations such as the basic norms of enterprise internal control and relevant guidelines jointly issued by the Ministry of finance, CSRC and other departments, and meet the current management requirements and development needs of the company. The company’s internal control activities can be carried out in accordance with the provisions of various internal control systems, which plays a good role in internal control and risk prevention in all links of production and operation, and effectively ensures the normal operation of production and operation activities, which is reasonable and effective.
To sum up, the board of supervisors believes that the evaluation of the company’s internal control comprehensively, truly and accurately reflects the actual situation of the company’s internal control, and we have no objection to the company’s 2021 internal control evaluation report.
