1. Project overview
In the future, with the strengthening of environmental protection and the improvement of relevant policy requirements, the replacement process of degradable plastics to traditional plastic products will be accelerated, and the market demand of degradable plastic products is expected to be further improved. The total investment of the project is 350 million yuan, which will be jointly constructed by lianjiang and Chuzhou production bases, including 247.13 million yuan for lianjiang production base and 102.87 million yuan for Chuzhou production base. Lianjiang production base will build new production workshops and engineering supporting facilities. Chuzhou production base will produce based on the existing plants and engineering supporting facilities of Camellia modern household products (Chuzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chuzhou Camellia”). Both production bases plan to introduce advanced production equipment and allocate sufficient labor personnel. After the completion of the project, the company will add a number of automatic and intelligent degradable plastic product production lines, and 35000 tons of degradable plastic product production capacity will be added in the year of reaching production capacity, so as to effectively enhance the market supply capacity of the company’s products and help the company form a new profit growth point.
