We have been entrusted to audit the financial statements of Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Holding Group Co.Ltd(002082) (hereinafter referred to as Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Holding Group Co.Ltd(002082) company) in 2021, including the consolidated and parent company’s balance sheet as of December 31, 2021, the consolidated and parent company’s income statement, consolidated and parent company’s cash flow statement, consolidated and parent company’s statement of changes in shareholders’ equity and notes to financial statements in 2021 in accordance with the practice standards of Chinese certified public accountants, On April 13, 2022, the company issued an unqualified audit report in accordance with dhsz [2022] 009276.
