Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) (hereinafter referred to as ” Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) ” or “the company”) received a written notice from the largest shareholder China CITIC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CITIC Co., Ltd.”) on April 13, 2022, with the specific contents as follows:
“Our company (hereinafter referred to as” CITIC Co., Ltd. “) takes note of the announcement on the voting results of the general meeting of shareholders issued by Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) on April 13, 2022, which is related to (including) (I) amending the articles of association. Accordingly, the number of members of Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) board of directors is increased from seven to nine; And (II) appoint Mr. Song Kangle, Ms. Fu Linfang and Mr. Zhao Xianxin as non-executive directors of Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) with effect from April 13, 2022.
