Food industry refers to an industry that has a certain production scale, considerable power and equipment, and adopts scientific production and management methods to produce commercialized food, drinks and other industrial products.
The national standard general rules for beverages (gb/t107892015) directly uses beverages to replace soft drinks. According to the definition of general rules for beverages, beverages refer to products that are quantitatively packaged for direct drinking or prepared or brewed with a certain proportion of water, and the ethanol content (mass fraction) does not exceed 0.5%. In terms of classification, beverages can be divided into packaged drinking water, carbonated drinks, special-purpose drinks, tea drinks, etc.
