Sinomach Precision Industry Co.Ltd(002046) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” and “the company”) recently received a letter from Huarong Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huarong securities”) on replacing the sponsor of the independent financial adviser for Sinomach Precision Industry Co.Ltd(002046) issuing shares to purchase assets and raising supporting funds and related party transactions. The project of issuing shares to purchase assets and raising supporting funds and related party transactions was implemented on January 25, 2018, Mr. Jian Minsheng, one of the sponsors of the independent financial consultant of the project, no longer serves as the sponsor of the independent financial consultant of the project due to job change.
In order to do a good job in the follow-up work, according to relevant regulations, Huarong securities now appoints Ms. Xing ran to replace Mr. Jian Minsheng as one of the sponsors of the independent financial adviser for the project of issuing shares to purchase assets and raising supporting funds and related party transactions, and continues to perform relevant duties and obligations.
After this change, Zhang Jian and Xing ran were the sponsors of the company’s independent financial advisers who issued shares to purchase assets and raised supporting funds and related party transactions in 2017.
