1. The company strictly controls external guarantees. As of December 31, 2021, the company has not provided guarantees for controlling shareholders, actual controllers and other related parties, any unincorporated units or individuals.
2. In strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company performs the information disclosure of external guarantees, and there is no behavior that damages all shareholders.
