1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company(000786) (hereinafter referred to as the company) the first meeting of the seventh board of supervisors was held in the afternoon of April 12, 2022 by means of on-site combined communication. The on-site meeting place was the conference room on the 6th floor of Building 2, Guohai Plaza, No. 17 Fuxing Road, Haidian District, Beijing. The notice of the meeting was sent by e-mail on April 2, 2022. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Fu Jinguang and complied with relevant laws, regulations, normative documents and the relevant provisions of the articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
After deliberation, the proposal on the election of the chairman of the seventh board of supervisors of the company was adopted by 3 votes in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
It is agreed to elect Mr. Fu Jinguang as the chairman of the seventh board of supervisors of the company (see Annex for resume). The term of office is the same as that of the seventh board of supervisors and takes effect from the date of resolution of this meeting.
