We have audited the consolidated and parent company’s balance sheet of Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co.Ltd(002689) (hereinafter referred to as ” Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co.Ltd(002689) “) on December 31, 2021, the consolidated and parent company’s income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in shareholders’ equity and notes to financial statements (hereinafter referred to as “financial statements”) in 2021, and issued an unqualified audit report with report no. CAC Zheng Shen Zi [2022] 0040. The preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements are the responsibility of Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co.Ltd(002689) management. Our responsibility is to express an audit opinion on the overall financial statements on the basis of performing the audit work in accordance with the auditing standards for Chinese certified public accountants.
According to the requirements of China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of public security of the people’s Republic of China, the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and Bank Of China Limited(601988) Insurance Regulatory Commission, the guidelines for the supervision of listed companies No. 8 – regulatory requirements for capital transactions and external guarantees of listed companies (announcement [2022] No. 26 of China Securities Regulatory Commission), Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co.Ltd(002689) prepared the attached summary of non operating capital occupation and other related capital transactions in 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “summary”).
It is the responsibility of Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co.Ltd(002689) management to truthfully prepare and disclose the summary and ensure its authenticity, legitimacy and integrity.
