The meeting deliberated and approved the proposal on the appointment of the deputy general manager of the company. The board of directors agreed to appoint Ms. Li Jialing as the deputy general manager of the company (see the attachment for her resume). The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the date of expiration of the Fourth Board of directors.
