In accordance with the CSRC’s guidelines on the supervision of listed companies No. 2 – regulatory requirements for the management and use of raised funds by listed companies, Shenzhen Stock Exchange Guidelines on the self discipline supervision of listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board and the company’s measures for the administration of the use of raised funds, the board of supervisors carefully reviewed the special report on the deposit and use of raised funds in 2021, The company has completed the review of non-public funds raised in 2015, including the accumulated interest of RMB 147581 million of non-public funds raised in 2015, of which the company has made a supplement of RMB 1.4781 million of non-public funds, of which all the funds raised in 2015 have been saved, including the actual working capital of RMB 2.0781 million; The supporting funds raised by issuing shares to purchase assets in 2018 have been used for a total of 15133622 million yuan, of which 3307977 million yuan was actually used in 2021; In 2021, the funds raised from the public issuance of convertible corporate bonds have been used for a total of 2322581700 yuan in 2021.
(II) in 2021, the company used the raised funds in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board and the administrative measures for the use of raised funds, and disclosed the relevant information in a timely, true, accurate and complete manner. There were no violations in the storage, use, management and disclosure of raised funds.
