Progress of administrative punishment and market prohibition
On May 6, 2019, the company disclosed the announcement on receiving the notice of case filing and investigation from China Securities Regulatory Commission (Announcement No.: 2019040). Because the company is suspected of illegal information disclosure, it decided to file and investigate the company in accordance with the relevant provisions of the securities law of the people’s Republic of China. At present, the company’s suspected illegal information disclosure case has been investigated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
