Zhuhai Cosmx Battery Co.Ltd(688772) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the letter on replacing the sponsor representative issued by the sponsor China Merchants Securities Co.Ltd(600999) (hereinafter referred to as ” China Merchants Securities Co.Ltd(600999) ). As the sponsor of the company’s initial public offering of shares and listing on the science and innovation board, China Merchants Securities Co.Ltd(600999) has originally appointed Mr. Wang Dawei and Mr. Liu zongkun as the sponsor representative to perform the continuous supervision duties.The. Now, Mr. Liu zongkun is unable to continue to perform his continuous supervision duties due to his job changes. China Merchants Securities Co.Ltd(600999) decides to appoint Mr. Guan Jianhua (see the attachment for his resume) to replace Mr. Liu zongkun as the sponsor representative during the continuous supervision of the company from April 11, 2022 to continue to perform his continuous supervision duties to the company.
After this change, Mr. Wang Dawei and Mr. Guan Jianhua will be the sponsor representatives during the continuous supervision of the company’s initial public offering, and the continuous supervision period will last until the end of the continuous supervision obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shanghai Stock Exchange.
