Tongyu Heavy Industy Co.Ltd(300185) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) received the implementation letter of feedback on issuance and registration (audit letter [2022] No. 020072) (hereinafter referred to as the “opinion implementation letter”) issued by the listing audit center of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange”) on April 8, 2022.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the measures for the administration of securities issuance and registration of companies listed on the gem (for Trial Implementation) and the rules for the examination and approval of securities issuance and listing of companies listed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company’s application for issuing convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects has entered the registration process of China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”).
