Baoding Technology Co.Ltd(002552) (hereinafter referred to as " Baoding Technology Co.Ltd(002552) " or "the company") received the inquiry letter on the reorganization of Baoding Technology Co.Ltd(002552) (permitted reorganization inquiry letter [2022] No. 4) (hereinafter referred to as "reorganization inquiry letter") issued by the management department of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 26, 2022, requiring the company to make written explanations, check by relevant intermediaries and express clear opinions on the issues involved in the reorganization inquiry letter, Relevant explanatory materials shall be disclosed to the public and submitted to the management department of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange before April 1, 2022. On March 31, 2022, after applying to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company will postpone the reply to the reorganization inquiry letter until April 8, 2022.
