The company signed the agency cultivation agreement with Yunnan Energy Investment Co.Ltd(002053) new energy investment and Development Co., Ltd., which complies with the relevant provisions of the guidelines for the supervision of listed companies No. 4 – commitments of listed companies and their related parties, and the guidance on promoting state-owned shareholders to resolve horizontal competition and regulating related party transactions with their holding listed companies (gzfcq [2013] No. 202) issued by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the CSRC, This time, Yunnan Energy Investment Co.Ltd(002053) new energy investment and Development Co., Ltd. is authorized to cultivate the Shilin cloud power investment photovoltaic power station expansion project and the photovoltaic power station construction project in Bohou village, Dayao County on behalf of the company, which is conducive to the company’s control of project investment risks, grasp business opportunities, in line with the interests of all shareholders of the company, does not violate the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, and does not damage the interests of the company and its shareholders, especially small and medium-sized shareholders.
