1. Risk that butanone and PBAT units cannot be put into trial production as scheduled. Butanone and PBAT projects are planned to be completed and put into operation this year, but there is still the possibility that the construction period of the project will be extended due to the impact of covid-19 pneumonia. In addition, the increasingly strict national supervision on project safety and environmental protection may also lead to the corresponding extension of the preparation and filing time of project safety trial production. Phase I of the light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization project has been officially launched, the project land has been obtained, the project has been approved and filed, and the project will be promoted in an orderly manner as planned. The products involved in the projects that the company is building and plans to build are evaluated based on historical market data, but the market is affected by many factors, and there is a risk that the profits of each product will be less than expected due to significant changes in the market in the future.
4. The planned project faces the risks of policy changes and the failure to implement the supporting facilities in the park. The company signed the investment agreement of Yuxin light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization project with the people’s Government of Huidong County and the Management Committee of Huizhou Daya Bay New Area in November 2020. The investment agreement involves several planning projects. At present, the first project of comprehensive utilization of light hydrocarbons and phase I project have been under construction and started, but the relevant industrial supporting facilities of Huizhou new materials industrial park have yet to be implemented; If the national policy changes, the later planning projects involved in the investment agreement also have the risk of failure to build.
5. Safety production and environmental protection risks. The company is mainly engaged in the production of LPG deep-processing products. The main raw materials and main products belong to flammable and explosive dangerous chemicals, and the production plant of the company has a high degree of automation. The closed and continuous production mode is adopted. If the plant stops due to an accident, it will have a great impact on the production and operation of the company. Although the company has always regarded safety production as the top priority, it still can not rule out unexpected safety accidents caused by equipment failure, goods storage, improper production operation and natural disasters, so that the company’s production and operation faces safety risks. In addition, as a producer of LPG deep-processing products, the company will produce a certain amount of wastewater, waste gas and solid waste in the production process. With the transformation of China’s economic growth model and the full implementation of sustainable development strategy, the national and local governments may issue newer and stricter environmental protection regulations and improve environmental protection standards.
