Announcement on applying for comprehensive credit line from banks

Ife Elevators Co.Ltd(002774) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on applying for comprehensive credit line from the bank at the 7th Meeting of the 4th board of directors held on April 6, 2022. The specific contents are as follows: in order to meet the needs of the company’s operation, management and development, broaden financing channels, The company (including subsidiaries included in the consolidated statements of the company) plans to apply to relevant banks for a comprehensive credit line of no more than 500 million yuan in 2022, with a credit term of one year. The credit line shall be subject to the credit line actually approved by the bank, and the specific financing amount shall be determined according to the actual capital demand of the company and the approval of the bank. Within the credit term, the credit line can be recycled.
The company authorizes Ms. Luo Aiwen, the chairman of the company, to handle on behalf of the company, including but not limited to the designated bank’s application for credit extension, pledge, guarantee, financing and other matters related to the application for credit extension and financing, and sign relevant legal documents on behalf of the company. All the legal and economic responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the company.
The validity period of the above authorization is from the date of approval of the company’s 2021 annual general meeting to the date of making a new resolution at the 2022 annual general meeting.
The above credit line matters need to be submitted to the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation and approval.
