Announcement on the election of the 11th employee representative supervisor

Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co.Ltd(600674) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held a staff meeting on April 6, 2022 in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the Listing Rules of the science and Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange, the self regulatory guidelines for the listed companies on the science and Innovation Board of Shanghai stock exchange No. 1 – standardized operation and the articles of association. After voting by all the employees attending the meeting, it was unanimously agreed to elect Ms. Li Hong and Mr. Yang Tao as the employee supervisors of the 11th board of supervisors of the company (see Annex for resume).
Ms. Li Hong and Mr. Yang Tao will form the 11th board of supervisors together with the non employee representative supervisors elected by the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022. The supervisor of the 11th board of supervisors of the company will take office from the date of deliberation and approval of the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022, with a term of office of three years.
