Prior approval opinions on the company’s proposed renewal of the accounting firm
We believe that Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has the business license related to securities and futures of certified public accountants. As the external audit institution of the company in 2021, it can scrupulously abide by its duties, follow the independent, objective and fair audit principles, and the audit report and relevant special opinions issued can objectively, truly and accurately reflect the financial situation of the company According to the actual situation such as business results, the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in the audit agreement of both parties have been strictly fulfilled.
Therefore, the company agreed to renew the appointment of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the audit institution of the company in 2022, and agreed to submit the proposal to the seventh meeting of the Fourth Board of directors for deliberation.
