Si-Tech Information Technology Co.Ltd(300608) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 25th meeting of the third board of directors and the 22nd Meeting of the third board of supervisors on April 6, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on applying for comprehensive credit line from financial institutions. In order to meet the needs of daily operation and business development of the company and its subsidiaries, the company and its subsidiaries intend to apply for comprehensive credit line of no more than 950 million yuan from banks and other financial institutions, The above line can be recycled within the credit period.
