Betta Pharmaceuticals Co.Ltd(300558) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 30th meeting of the third board of directors and the 24th Meeting of the third board of supervisors on April 1, 2022, deliberated and approved the proposal on renewing the appointment of accounting firm in 2022, and agreed to renew the appointment of Lixin Accounting firm (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Lixin”) as the audit institution of the company in 2022, It is agreed to submit this proposal to the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation. The specific situation is hereby announced as follows:
1、 Description of the matters to be re employed by the accounting firm
Lixin is the company’s 2021 financial audit institution, with corresponding professional qualifications and competence. During his tenure as the company’s audit institution, Lixin strictly followed the practice standard of “independence, objectivity and impartiality”, continued to go deep into the company’s business, understood the actual operation of the company, professionally and timely completed various audit work of the company, earnestly performed the responsibilities of the audit institution, and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the company and shareholders.
In order to maintain the continuity and stability of the audit work, the company plans to renew the appointment of Lixin as the company’s 2022 audit institution for one year, which will take effect from the date of deliberation and approval by the company’s general meeting of shareholders, and submit to the general meeting of shareholders to authorize the company’s management to determine its annual audit fee according to the workload of 2022 audit and industry standards.
