In order to actively respond to the relevant requirements of Quzhou municipal government for epidemic prevention and control, Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co.Ltd(603799) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) Quzhou subsidiary has taken measures to temporarily reduce the production of some production lines of cobalt smelting and recycling since March 17, 2022, so as to fully cooperate with the government’s epidemic prevention work and curb the spread of the epidemic. Recently, the company received the approval form for resumption of work and production of “one enterprise and one policy” in the control area of the sealed control area of Zhizao new town issued by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of Quzhou Zhizao new town, confirming that the Quzhou subsidiary of the company has the safe production conditions for full resumption of work and production. On the premise of strictly implementing the epidemic prevention policies of local government departments, the production line temporarily reduced by the epidemic affected by Quzhou subsidiary of the company will resume production in an orderly manner from April 4, 2022.
