Zhuhai Letong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Letong new material”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Letong Chemical Co.Ltd(002319) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), recently received the certificate of high and new technology enterprise jointly issued by the Department of science and technology of Guangdong Province, the Department of finance of Guangdong Province, the State Administration of Taxation and the Guangdong Provincial Taxation Bureau. Letong new materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has obtained the qualification of high-tech enterprise. The certificate number of high-tech enterprise is gr202144012888, the date of issuance is December 31, 2021, and the period of validity is three years.
This recognition is a re recognition after the expiration of the certificate of raw high-tech enterprise of Letong new materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary. According to relevant regulations, high-tech enterprises can continue to enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the state on high-tech enterprises within three years after the recognition (20212023), that is, pay enterprise income tax at the tax rate of 15%.
In view of the fact that Letong new materials has prepaid the corporate income tax of 2021 at the tax rate of 15% in the early stage, it will not have a significant impact on the financial data of the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Letong new materials.
