Announcement on changing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision

Inno Laser Technology Co.Ltd(301021) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the letter on Inno Laser Technology Co.Ltd(301021) (hereinafter referred to as ” China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) “) continuously supervising the change of sponsor representative. The details are as follows:
China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) is the sponsor of the company’s initial public offering and listing on the gem (hereinafter referred to as the “initial listing project”). Mr. Sun Xiaobin and Mr. Zhang Guolian were originally designated as the sponsor representatives of the company’s initial listing project to be responsible for the sponsor work and continuous supervision. Recently, Mr. Zhang Guolian, the former sponsor representative, was unable to continue his continuous supervision of the company due to changes in his personal work. In order to ensure the orderly progress of continuous supervision, China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) appointed Mr. Meng Xiang (see the attachment for resume) as the sponsor representative of the company’s continuous supervision to continue to perform the obligation of continuous supervision.
After this change, Mr. Sun Xiaobin and Mr. Meng Xiang are the sponsor representatives of the company’s IPO project, and the continuous supervision period is until December 31, 2024.
