1、 Due to work needs, Guangdong Guangdong Baolihua New Energy Stock Co.Ltd(000690) Power Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Baoxin power sales”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Baolihua New Energy Stock Co.Ltd(000690) recently completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the change of legal representative and residence, and obtained the business license issued by Meixian district market Supervision Administration of Meizhou city.
Mr. Li Shukang, the legal representative of meishudian County, has been changed to be Mr. Li Shukang, the legal representative of meishudian town.
Except for the above changes, other industrial and commercial registration items of Baoxin power sales remain unchanged.
2、 Due to work needs, Guangdong Baolihua Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “baolihua electric power”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Baolihua New Energy Stock Co.Ltd(000690) company, recently completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the change of legal representative and obtained the business license issued by Meixian district market supervision and Administration Bureau of Meizhou city.
The legal representative of Polaroid power was changed to Mr. Li Rongkang.
Except for the above changes, other industrial and commercial registration items of baolihua power remain unchanged.
