1. What is the latest attempt of the company in new retail?
A: the new retail health service track and Baiyao life + business segment implemented the operation idea of “user-centered”, adjusted the structure of physical stores, laid out potential business districts, improved operation efficiency, and preliminarily completed the construction of Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co.Ltd(300959) user operation system and content system. In 2021, the number of users was close to 4 million, and the online and offline repurchase rates increased simultaneously; Tiktok official account was launched in June, and public numbers, video numbers, Xiao Hong books, jitter and micro-blog registered accounts. We have started the resource sharing cooperation of different industry alliances.
