1、 Progress of strategic cooperation
Shanghai Century Longteng Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “century Longteng”), the holding subsidiary of the company, recently signed the property right transaction contract with Westone Information Industry Inc(002268) and century Longteng transferred 34% of the equity of Westone Information Industry Inc(002268) (Shanghai) network security technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “target enterprise”) held by Westone Information Industry Inc(002268) , and the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures are in progress.
The target enterprise will continue to integrate Westone Information Industry Inc(002268) the technology and product resources in the field of network security and the company’s Internet operation experience, realize complementary advantages, make every effort to build an overall Internet data security solution, and provide comprehensive and reliable data security and hosting solutions to the majority of Internet enterprises, so as to help Internet enterprises realize intelligent and professional data security.
