As a member of the audit committee of Beijing Aerospace Changfeng Co.Ltd(600855) board of directors, we reviewed the proposal on renewing the employment of accounting firm in 2022 considered at the 21st Meeting of the 11th board of directors of the company, and passed the review on the professional qualification of Grant Thornton accounting firm (special general partnership) in accordance with the company law, the standards for the governance of listed companies, the rules for the listing of shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange, the articles of association and other relevant provisions Review and make professional judgment in terms of investor protection ability, employee information, business experience and integrity records, and issue the following written review opinions:
Grant Thornton Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has the professional qualification and ability to be competent for the company’s annual audit. During the period of serving as the company’s audit institution, it has earnestly performed the responsibilities of the audit institution, provided better audit services for the company, and can meet the company’s requirements for the audit institution in terms of independence, professional competence and investor protection ability. In order to maintain the continuity of the company’s financial report audit, the audit committee of the board of Directors proposes to renew the appointment of Grant Thornton Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the company’s audit institution in 2022.
The Committee agrees to this proposal and agrees to submit it to the 21st session of the 11th board of directors of the company for deliberation.
