We were entrusted to audit the financial statements of Zhejiang Feida Enviromental Science & Technology Co.Ltd(600526) (hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang Feida Enviromental Science & Technology Co.Ltd(600526) company) in 2021, including the consolidated and parent company’s balance sheet as of December 31, 2021, the consolidated and parent company’s income statement, consolidated and parent company’s cash flow statement, consolidated and parent company’s statement of changes in owner’s equity and notes to financial statements in 2021, and issued the audit report. On this basis, we checked the attached table of deduction of operating income in 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the table of deduction) prepared by the management of Zhejiang Feida Enviromental Science & Technology Co.Ltd(600526) company.
