According to the arrangement of the meeting, on behalf of the management, I will present the 2021 general manager’s work report to the board of directors of the company for deliberation.
1、 Completion of various economic indicators
At the end of 2021, the total assets of the company were 217477583 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8257084 million yuan, an increase of 61.20%; The shareholders’ equity attributable to the parent company was 5602251200 yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 18.24%, which realized the preservation and appreciation of shareholders’ investment.
The annual operating revenue was 56314024 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2228024 million yuan, an increase of 65.46%. The net profit was 9992149 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3656362 million yuan, an increase of 57.71%.
2、 Key work in 2021
(I) project construction capacity has been greatly improved

Xin’an project flexibly uses the local geography and landform to develop the landscape of “Butterfly Valley” and build the garbage power plant into a “network red punch in place”. Anyang, Jiaozuo and other projects have become key projects observed by prefectures and cities, and have established a high-quality brand image of Chengfa.

In the whole year, 17 waste power generation projects were successfully operated, and 3 projects were put into operation ahead of schedule. Among them, Dengzhou project was put into operation four months in advance; The civil rights project took 13 months to achieve a successful grid connection, and achieved the goal of the shortest construction period, the highest standard and the lowest cost of similar scale. Third, policy research capacity has been continuously strengthened. Continue to track the national policies of the environmental protection industry, write special analysis reports on important policies such as “bidding for Internet access” and “central local allocation of subsidy funds” in the field of renewable energy, and respond to policy changes in advance. Strengthen the ability of policy application, focus on the investment support fund policy within the central budget for pollution control, energy conservation and carbon reduction, make overall arrangements for the application of special funds for ecological civilization construction, and turn the policy dividend into tangible benefits.
(VI) rapid growth of general contracting business
Since its establishment, with the purpose of “one-stop general contracting service provider for engineering construction”, its business scope covers many fields such as solid waste, water supply, sewage, pipe network and landscape. It has more than 100 professional qualification certificates such as certified constructor, cost engineer and certified public accountant. Talents with medium and senior professional titles account for 96%. It has signed industry university research cooperation agreements with scientific research institutes such as Henan University of technology, and won 17 national patents 7 provincial construction methods, 9 software copyrights, and participated in the preparation of 2 industry standards.
