Announcement on the resignation of deputy general manager and financial principal and chief accountant and the appointment of financial principal and chief accountant

Jinyuan Ep Co.Ltd(000546) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Huang Xusheng, deputy general manager, financial director and chief accountant. Mr. Huang Xusheng applied for resignation from the position of deputy general manager, financial director and chief accountant of the company for personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company, which will not affect the normal progress of relevant work of the company.
During his tenure as a senior manager, Mr. Huang Xusheng was diligent and conscientious, and faithfully performed his duties and obligations. The company and the board of directors express their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Huang Xusheng for his contribution to the company! As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Huang Xusheng directly held 200000 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0256% of the total share capital of the company. After Mr. Huang Xusheng resigns, his shares of the company will be held in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the guidelines for self discipline supervision of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, the rules for the administration of shares held by directors, supervisors and senior managers of listed companies and their changes, and the detailed rules for the implementation of share reduction by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange Regulations and normative documents, and will strictly abide by the restrictive provisions on share trading in the above laws and regulations.
The 14th meeting of the 10th board of directors was held on March 29, 2022, and the proposal on the appointment of financial director and chief accountant was reviewed and approved. The board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Guan Qingchuan (see the attachment for resume) as the financial director and chief accountant of the company. The term of office is from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the date of expiration of the 10th board of directors.
