Its content is true and complete, and its preparation and review procedures comply with the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 2 – standardized operation of companies listed on GEM, and the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – business handling All directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company have no objection to the preparation, review and final report of this annual report in accordance with the relevant provisions on the preparation of periodic reports of Listed Companies in the standards for the contents and forms of information disclosure by companies offering securities to the public No. 2 – Contents and forms of annual reports.
