On March 29, 2022, the meeting was held in the conference room on the 4th floor, building 11, Shengwei Jingshi, No. 99, Jinkai Avenue, Yubei District, Chongqing by means of on-site communication, and all supervisors attended the meeting. 2、 Proposal on the company’s daily connected transaction plan in 2022.
According to the actual needs of the company’s daily business development and business development, the meeting agreed to the company’s daily related party transaction plan for 2022, with a total amount of 16210352 million yuan. For details, please refer to the announcement on the daily connected transaction plan of 2022 (No. 2022012) disclosed by the company on the website of Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 29, 2022.
