Changchun Engley Automobile Industry Co.Ltd(601279) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 5th meeting of the 4th board of directors on March 28, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on applying for comprehensive credit line from banks in 2022.
In order to ensure the operation and development of the company and comprehensively consider the production and operation capital needs and business development needs of the company in 2022, the company, its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries (grandchildren) intend to apply for a comprehensive credit line of no more than RMB 3.61 billion from various banks. The comprehensive credit content includes but is not limited to working capital loan, project capital loan, bank acceptance bill, letter of guarantee, letter of credit, documentary bill, China trade financing business Comprehensive credit businesses such as bill discount are recycled within the limit.

The above credit line is not equal to the actual financing amount of the company. The specific financing amount will be determined according to the actual needs of the company’s working capital, and the final approval result of each bank shall prevail. The board of directors of the company authorizes the legal representative or the authorized agent designated by the legal representative to handle the relevant procedures within the above credit line (including but not limited to credit, loan, financing, etc.) and sign relevant legal documents.
The authorization shall be valid within one year from the date of deliberation and approval by the general meeting of shareholders.
The application for comprehensive credit line needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
