Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co.Ltd(601607) (hereinafter referred to as ” Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co.Ltd(601607) ” and “the company”) deliberated and approved the proposal on the appointment of senior managers of the company at the 29th meeting of the seventh board of directors held on March 29, 2022, and agreed to appoint Mr. Zhong Tao, Mr. Li Dongming and Mr. Pan Deqing as the vice president of the company, whose term of office expires at the expiration of the seventh board of directors.
Mr. Gu Haoliang, the former vice president of the company, will no longer serve as the vice president of the company since March 30, 2022 due to his retirement; Due to job transfer, Ms. Chen Jinzhu, the former vice president, will no longer serve as the vice president of the company since March 30, 2022, but still serve as the Secretary of the board of directors of the company.
