(hereinafter referred to as "Bachu energy company") with a loan of no more than 582101800 yuan from financial institutions.
1、 Overview of guarantee
The company is invested by Bachu energy company in Bachu County, Kashgar, Xinjiang to build a 150 MW light storage integration project in Bachu County, Xinjiang. The construction scale of the photovoltaic power station of the project is 150mwp and the construction scale of the supporting energy storage project is 22.5mw/45mwh. The total investment of the project is 7311018 million yuan. In order to promote the investment and construction of the project, Bachu energy company plans to apply to financial institutions for a loan of no more than 5820118 million yuan. The company plans to provide construction guarantee for the financing of the project for a period of no more than 6 months (from the date of loan processing, the actual period shall be subject to the contract), and adopt the method of joint liability guarantee. At the same time, the pledge guarantee of electricity charge right is adopted during the operation period of the project.
